I had an arm injury since January. It hurt to elevator anything. This continue into March. I tried everything. Pain relievers, hot and common cold packs Deep heating creams. Zero helped. I don't accept a primary intendance doctor anymore however. Before I go through the hassle of going to find a new md, I decided to try Dr. Christopher's Consummate tissue and bone ointment and capsule. I begin to go relief the first mean solar day I used it. I only used for a week and I am back lifting objects with my arm and working in the garden. I also took a multivitamin as well. And took a couple of calcium/magnesium/zinc vitamins along with ii potassium vitamins as well almost the end of the week. I really want to get strength back into that arm. I may cancel my medico'due south appointment!
